We are looking for a candidate to join our Panel Services team as a junior project manager and account executive.
Salary – on application
Location – London – Five minutes’ walk from Old Street, Moorgate and Shoreditch High Street stations
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small scale projects and supplying research agencies with sample for the surveys and focus groups. The successful candidate will need to liaise closely with clients, providing detailed quotations and managing won projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will develop really strong skills in account management and project management, quality assurance processes and customer service. They will be supported to develop and progress their career through a variety of on-the-job activities by their manager and colleagues in the Panel Services team.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be an extremely effective communicator, proactive and have a keen interest in customer care.
He or she also needs to show themselves to be a safe pair of hands with data, systematic and committed to high quality work.

Clients include UK universities, government departments, banks, major high street brands, policy bodies, professional services organizations, market research agencies and marketing and communications agencies.
YouthSight owns the UK’s largest specialist youth market research ‘access panel’ which comprised of 135,000 young people who have agreed to take surveys in return for great rewards. Access to this panel is provided through our Panel Services team which the successful candidate will be joining. The 20-strong team at YouthSight is dynamic and fun and frequently collaborates closely.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
