We’re pleased to be launching our 4th annual Higher Expectations Study in partnership with The Knowledge Partnership. Based on up to 13,000 interviews with the new 2007/8 cohort of full-time undergraduate students in the first few weeks of term, this study gives a unique picture of the university applicant journey at a national, institutional and competitor level.
Higher Expectations addresses the key management and policy questions in Higher Education and helps universities evaluate their marketing and communications perfomance in the competitive context. Put simply, it shows universities how to improve and where to focus their effort.
