Opinionpanel has launched a panel of learners in further education on behalf of the Young People’s Learning Agency (YPLA), a new body sponsored by the Department of Education. The Learner Panel has 10,000 members and is available to public sector bodies and their research agencies.

Opinionpanel Research has launched a panel of learners in further education, for the specific use of public sector bodies and agencies working on their behalf.

The Learner Panel will be operated by Opinionpanel and managed by the Young People’s Learning Agency (YPLA), a new body sponsored by the Department for Education. It has been co-funded by the YPLA, the Skills Funding Agency and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
