SnapMe – Vox pops with Millenians and Gen Z in 48 hours

YouthSight, the Millennial & Gen Z market research specialists, have launched a new video vox pop service called SnapMe for the always connected generation, as reported on Research Live and Mr Web.

Members of YouthSight’s research panel, The OpinionPanel Community*, can now answer questions via their smartphone cameras, allowing them to earn higher rewards as they go about their day, and providing clients with a raw, unfiltered opinion, in a real setting. Watch our 70 second showreel to learn more.

SnapMe allows clients to capture video feedback from young consumers with pinpoint accuracy.  With over 200 profiling data points and the capacity to add tailored screening questions, clients are able to easily find those ‘needles in the haystack’. Turnaround for twenty complete videos is normally 48 hours with full transcription as standard and editing services available.

Client Services Director, Tatenda Musesengwa explained,

“We see this service as delivering a win win. Our panellists benefit because they increasingly prefer making short, snappy research engagements and they are rarely away from their smartphones, so SnapMe is fun, quick and convenient.  For our clients, we’ve found they increasingly want to understand consumer perspectives by getting a candid and honest opinion delivered via video.  So SnapMe offers them a new way to bring colour, texture and context to their research.”

Musesengwa added,

“Because we can offer a really fast service, we are confident we’ll be able to match or beat turnaround expectations.”

SnapMe videos are aimed at all researchers who need young consumers to share opinions in their own words and in their own environment.
