As advocates of Colour of Research (CORe), we're excited to promote their upcoming event - the first Round Table discussion on why we must rethink recruitment processes.
CORe, who are championing for greater diversity in the market research industry, are hosting their first Round Table event on Wednesday 28th October from 7pm-8pm.
The online event will feature a panel of guest speakers including:
- Shanice Mears - The Elephant Room
- Momo A. - The Future Laboratory
- Katariina Hannelius - Hannelius Recruitment
- Alison Camps FRSA - Quadrangle
- Louise Maycock - Ipsos!
These experts will be leading the discussion on why it is so important for organisations to rethink their recruitment methods and in which ways you can improve recruitment to help drive ethnic diversity.
Attendees will not only hear from industry experts, but will also leave with an exclusive report on all the key strategies to take back to implement.
If you'd like to attend this event, tickets are available here.
CORe aims to change perspectives and provide support to BAME professionals working within the research sector, through strategic partnerships, events, mentorship programmes and many other initiatives.
YouthSight’s Managing Director, Tatenda Musesengwa is a founding member of CORe and we're delighted that we can support him on his journey to effect change. In an exclusive interview with Tatenda, we were enlightened to extent that our industry is under-represented by BAME professionals and how CORe plans to tackle this (read the full interview here).
