Press release - Gen Z and Millennial research agency YouthSight has announced three recent senior hires in its Insight division. 

Tanya Michelsen joined in October 2018 as Associate Director and Head of the Brands team. Prior to joining YouthSight she spent five years at Ipsos MORI,rapidly rising from Trainee through to Research Executive, Senior Research Executive, Research Manager and Associate Director. She has a strong background in campaign evaluations, ad-testing, brand tracking and ad-hoc research. Client accounts she's led include Facebook, B&Q and Instagram.

Megan Highcock joins the Insight business as a Senior Research Manager. Prior to joining YouthSight, Megan spent 4 years at global strategic insight consultancy, Flamingo where she specialised in the beauty and leisure categories and before being to seconded to Flamingo’s New York office where she added the food and drink sectors to her experience portfolio and was promoted to Project Director.

Miranda Brown joins the Insight business as a Senior Research Manager after four years in market research with RDSi where she reached the level of Research Manager. Miranda has extensive experience across a range of categories and markets including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and visitor attractions. She has worked with many global brands including GSK, Unilever and Nestle. Miranda is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative techniques and has a passion for asking tough questions in order to really understand ‘the why’ for her clients. 

The new hires are part of YouthSight’s commitment to investing in its senior team and follow their recent restructure that saw the agency establish two separate divisions for its Insight and Panel and Data Services businesses, led by Josephine Hansom and Tatenda Musesengwa respectively. The changes also saw company founder Ben Marks move into the role of CEO to focus on growth and new opportunities.
