YouthSight Welcomes Eight New Members to the Team

We're delighted to announce that we've hired six new researchers and two new members to our project management team to support our expanding business.

We're celebrating a successful quarter and are delighted to welcome our new team members in both our Insight team and our Panel & Data Services (PDS) team. This follows several internal promotions and will help us facilitate our ambitious growth plans for the forthcoming year. 

The new hires range from entry level to senior roles, including: two new youth Research Interns, Laura Hayter and Rob Sinclair; two Research Assistants, Sofia Andrade and Harry Wynne who are joining YouthSight on their placement years from the University of Bath; a Junior Project & Account Executive, Emmanuel Lawal; who will be supporting a new Project Manager, Sophie Rudkin; a new Research Executive, Lili Farkas; who will support the new Senior Research Manager, Ralph Robinson.

Ralph will be heading up the new team of youth researchers and joins us from Yonder Consulting, where he worked on ad-hoc projects and large tracking studies. Ralph also brings experience in corporate reputation from Ipsos MORI and comms research from his time at Kantar. He is largely focused on quant projects, but also brings a wealth of knowledge in qualitative methods.

This experience, coupled with the support of our growing team of youth enthusiasts, will help serve our plans of developing new business in the youth research space. These plans are sustained by a growing need of our clients to better understand their next generation of consumers. This is where YouthSight’s expert knowledge of Gen Z and our years of youth and student trend data, tracked through State of the Youth and the HE Success Suite, will be invaluable.
