Where students choose to study in the country might set them back over £5,000 in living costs, according to new findings from Which? University, who commissioned YouthSight to conduct the research.

London was found to be the most expensive part of the country to live in, closely followed by South East and East of England.

The study was conducted by YouthSight with 5,000 undergraduate students between March and April 2018.
