We make companies more successful by helping them connect better with the next generation.  We were founded in 2004 as an independent youth research business, fully focused on young people.  As well as being a research agency, we own the UK’s largest youth research panel, with over 150,000 members. We're longstanding Market Research Society (MRS) Company Partners and Fair Data members.  We're a youthful business ourselves, with a bright team of researchers, bursting with energy and ideas, ready to help clients.  If you're a fun, collaborative person, willing to go the extra mile in search of excellence, you should consider joining our team (we're based in Shoreditch, London).

What we look for in applicants

Whenever we hire, we apply a rigorous selection process to ensure we take on individuals who are both personally talented and are also great team players. Almost everyone at YouthSight has an interest in, or experience of at least one of our five key areas: youth market research; higher education market research; panel services; community management and market research operations (including survey scripting, survey sampling, data processing and data analysis including advanced analytics).
