Our experienced project managers never over-promise on feasibility and never compromise on quality. 

Our UK-based operations team is hugely experienced and receives ongoing training to ensure their practice incorporates the latest industry innovations and developments.

The team put quality first.  Online survey scripts are rigorously tested.  As a standard, we also include “soft launches” followed by in-depth checks before we inviting the full sample to your survey.

Once fieldwork is close we apply a series of multi-phase data checks, using a combination of smart detection methods to weed out speeding, straight-lining or fraudulent respondents as a standard, so you can be confident that you will receive high-quality data every time.

Great recruitment: We recruit only through high quality partners and our double opt-in recruitment approach limits the risk of professional or fraudulent members joining the panel. All active members are screened for duplication and are flagged and removed accordingly.

Great community spirit: Our OpinionPanel Community site is the heart of our panel; brimming with perceptive and opinionated young people and led by our dedicated community manager, it’s the perfect platform for our panellists to freely express their thoughts on today’s issues. Our members’ engagement makes for a more worldly panel and shines through in your research.
