Our Aim
We're committed to breaking down barriers faced by marginalized groups in our industry.
Our aim is to champion for greater diversity and equality, particularly at senior levels, and we're striving to achieve this by empowering and supporting individuals from underrepresented groups.

MRS Inclusion Pledge
YouthSight has signed the MRS Inclusion Pledge, which means we're agreeing to take on five key commitments that advocate for greater equality, diversity and inclusivity in the Market Research industry.

MRS Pride
Managing Director, Josephine Hansom is a steering committee member of MRS Pride - an initiative established to connect LGBTQ+ professionals and allies across the sector with the aim to unite us and drive greater visibility of the LGBTQ+ community.

Colour of Research
Tatenda Musesengwa is a co-founder of the Colour of Research (CORe), which aims to address the issues affecting ethnically diverse people by changing perspectives and provide support to BAME professionals working within the research sector.
